A press briefing for the 2020 World Fireworks Conference - Global Fireworks Industry Expo was held on January 8. It announced that the expo will be held in Changsha in April.
The expo will be hosted by the China Fireworks and Firecrackers Association, China Grocery Products for Daily Use Marketing Society, and Changsha Municipal People's Government. Hundreds of fireworks merchants from 36 foreign countries such as the United States, Canada, Russia, Germany, France, and Japan, and more than 3,600 domestic fireworks wholesalers and 2,000 manufacturers, will attend.
Four parallel forums will be held during the World Fireworks Conference, focusing on such topics as the high-quality development of fireworks industry, international creative art fireworks, and the transformation and upgrading of fireworks supply and sales. This will move the fireworks industry towards high-quality development featuring cultural creativity, cultural and tourism integration, and intelligent technology.
The expo will cover an exhibition area of about 50,000 square meters. More than 1,200 fireworks enterprises from home and abroad will participate, and over 3,000 new-type safe and environment-friendly art fireworks and drug-free sprayers, and intelligent somatosensitive fireworks equipment will be displayed. In addition, more than 10 order-placing meetings for fireworks manufacturers will be organized, with an estimated order value of 40 billion yuan.

湖南日報·新湖南客戶端1月9日訊（記者 王文 通訊員 金嵐）1月8日下午，2020世界煙花大會·全球精品煙花產業博覽會新聞發布會在長沙召開，宣布這次大會將於今年4月21日至23日在湖南國際會展中心舉行。
2020世界煙花大會·全球精品煙花產業博覽會由中國煙花爆竹協會、中國日用雜品流通協會、長沙市政府、株洲市政府與江西萍鄉市政府聯合主辦。將有來自美國、加拿大、俄羅斯、德國、法國、日本等36個國家和地區的數百名煙花客商，國內3600多家煙花批發商和2000餘家生產企業參加。世界煙花大會將舉辦煙花高質量發展主論壇、國際創意藝術焰火論壇、供銷煙花轉型升級發展研討會等平行論壇，以促進煙花產業向文化創意、文旅融合、智能科技等高質量方向發展。
全球精品煙花產業博覽會展覽面積約5萬平方米，有1200多家來自國內外的煙花企業參展，展出產品包括3000多個新型安全環保藝術精品煙花和無藥噴花機、智能體感煙花設備等。主辦方將組織10場以上煙花廠商直接訂貨會。此外，現場將舉辦全球煙花產業領域評選頒獎活動，首次從全球煙花產業領域評選出20名精英人物。
主辦方表示，將通過此次活動，更好地樹牢安全是煙花產業發展生命線的理念，推動煙花產業可持續發展。
